Like Facebook and Google+ and Facebook Pages isn’t enough, here comes Google+ Pages. Like Facebook Pages, this will enhance users – businesses – organizations connections and not just people to people networking as Google+ currently does.
“So far Google+ has focused on connecting people with other people,” says Google’s engineering headman Vic Gundotra in a blog post. “But we want to make sure you can build relationships with all the things you care about – from local businesses to global brands – so today we’re rolling out Google+ Pages worldwide.”
Additionally, there’s the Direct Connect – a version of the Google Friend connect bloggers use to get updates of their favorite blogs—now users can directly get updates from their favorite Pages.
